MOVUM DNA

It’s so obvious, that it has already become a cliché to say that in the 21st century the only constant thing is change and that the organizations or people that don’t adapt to it will become obsolete.

We observe that, with the intention of changing, many organizations apply formulas that worked for others, but which they’re not ready to implement or, in other cases, those formulas don´t have the expected effect in the organization. This leads to high levels of frustration and loss of credibility; and this affects strongly the organization’s position in the market.

At Movum, we believe that every process of change should start by reaching an agreement on what the starting point of the organization is, based on its life cycle and context. We try to shed light on what is not visible and we show the connections among the matters that, if not considered, lead to the simplification of the transformation. Generally, this transformation tends to be complex and it fails due to such simplification.

We connect the competitive context, the consumers’ needs, our Client current culture, governance, strategy, teams dynamics and the individual changes each team member is required to make.

We are very bold in our way of co-creating the emerging future and we know that one of the main challenges of the process has to do with the daily dynamics of the executives, for whom quality time is scarce and, in many cases, the level of exhaustion is very high.

We generate dynamic interactions and set up incentives so that, in a context of high levels of trust, the initiatives that are feasible for that organization can emerge. We help leaders to redefine what success is to them and to generate the specific actions that are coherent with that definition.

We don´t believe in recipes or formulas that worked for others. We co-create with our Clients their own formula and, in that process of co-construction, something that is very important and significant for us happens: the deep and genuine relationships that we generate with them.
